STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: CODY EVANS

What have our students been up to?

Enrolled in Youth Connections, Cody has been working hard to prepare for the upcoming Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) exam, with plans to earn a high school equivalency diploma! In addition to TASC, Cody is one of nine students who recently completed our Work Readiness Bootcamp. In his (very little) free time, Cody interns at the Nyack Library – developing career-ready skills in customer service, organization and teamwork. Keep up the good work!

Eight students in our Work Readiness Bootcamp received the Customer Service and Sales Credential. Applications for our Fall 2019 session in October are now being accepted.

Six students have partnered with the Rockland County Career Center, the Nyack Center, WESTCOP, Hilton Garden Inn and Childcare Resources of Rockland for paid internships.
